When I was younger, I had my first panic attack. It was really scary. My heart raced, I felt like I couldn’t breathe. It was tough, but it was just the beginning of my struggle with anxiety.
I decided I needed to understand what was going on. I did some research and talked to a therapist. I learned that anxiety is normal, but it can also be really hard for some people. I realized it’s not a weakness, but something that needs care and attention.
